Town and
Country Real Estate is owned and operated by John Ford,
Broker. Elizabeth Ford, also a broker, handles advertising and
manages the office. Last year John completed building a
commercial building in Coral Bay located just across from the
Fire Department and Skinny's. Town and Country has an office
on the first floor and will now be the only real estate
company on St. John with two offices on either end of the
island, ready to help you find the perfect piece of St. John
real estate or Virgin Island real estate. The Mongoose
Junction office is located in the Coral Reef Courtyard,
adjacent to the parking lot and next to Sun Dog Cafe.

Curtis Johnson
has lived on St John for the past 14 years and knows the
land surrounding Coral Bay as well as anyone!
He is very experienced in all aspects of building and can

John Ford and
Elizabeth Ford arrived in St. John 10 years ago, after
completing a circumnavigation with their 2 children aboard
their 46 ft. yawl, Castanet. Little did they know when they
sailed into Coral Harbor what a fun and exciting place to
live St. John would be for them. Shortly after their
landfall, they purchased a parcel of St. John real estate in
Upper Carolina, their priorities being a view of their yacht
in a gorgeous American and tropical harbor! They began
building their home in 1992, and were thrilled to move
ashore after 9 years of boat living. John can usually be
found showing St. John real esate, while Liz is usually in
the Mongoose office. Both are happy to help you fullfill
your real estate dreams!
